We intend to ship internationally (From our warehouse down under), so no one will miss out. But with on-going tariff disputes this could pose some issues. But we will communicate any issues/decisions to the community. 

Currently all devices will come with a Windows License preinstalled and registered to that device. While they can theoretically run a different OS, we are unable to sell them as we don't have a rights yet.

Serviceability is a core priority for us. To make repairs easy, we include the necessary tools tucked in the bottom of the case, so you can service your device anywhere if needed. We also offer a full catalog of replacement parts. And if your case gets damaged, you can even try 3D printing your own replacement!
